DB Cargo Polska S.A. Training and Examination Centre is the only centre in Poland to have a mobile, full-range simulator with 6DoF motion platform based on X4EC Siemens Vectron locomotive.

The unique feature of the simulator is an installed immersion cabin which during the training reflects the locomotive movements in six planes. This solution allows the real-life conditions to be reflected with almost 100% accuracy. An undeniable advantage is constant expansion of the device, introducing new software, routes and scenarios, but mostly its mobility which allows the device to be relocated, which in turn enables more efficient use of time for drivers’ teams’ training at various locations.
