Customer Portal RSO
A customer or the Consignor acting on his behalf enter data concerning the dispatched wagons and load on the Customer Portal RSO (Rail Service Online). The RSO order number is subsequently reflected in the internal systems of DB Cargo Polska, i.e. EPS, CPI and ZaZa. With this system interface, the entered order is processed in the individuals systems which in effect provides information about handling of a given dispatch on a continuous basis. After it is completed, a relevant status and automatic order to issue an invoice for the performed service appear.
